The Nothing Phone 1 is launching later today. Ahead of its reveal, a developer has leaked all the specs and software details of the highly anticipated phone.
Thanks to an extensive firmware leak by Kuba Wojciechowski on Twitter, we also have access to the four default wallpapers that are included with the phone. The stringy wallpapers match the design aesthetics of the Phone 1. But if you think they’ll look good on your device, you can download them from the link at the end of this article.
Meanwhile, the Nothing Phone 1 will be unveiled at 4 PM BST (11 AM ET) today. The company is hosting a live event titled “Return to Instinct” on YouTube.
As far as the specs of the device are concerned, rumors have largely given everything away. The Nothing Phone 1 is expected to be a mid-range phone with the Snapdragon 778G under the hood. It’s said to run Nothing OS based on Android 12.
Up front is a 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED display, as per the latest leak. We also understand that the phone is likely to feature 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. It’s also rumored to have a 4,500mAh battery with 33W charging, a 16MP selfie camera, and a 50MP primary shooter.
One of the most unique things about the Nothing Phone 1 is its Glyph interface at the back. The device sports numerous LEDs on its rear cover that light up for incoming calls, notifications, charging, and more.
Nevertheless, we’re just hours away from the launch of the phone, so you don’t have to wait long to find out what else it has in store.
